Mountain Runner Coaching is all about helping you achieve your running goals, on the trails and on the roads. I have been running for over 20 years and still love it as much as when I started. My racing experience spans a wide array, from a mile on the road to a 100 mile race at high altitude, major road marathons, leg searing uphill races in Europe, and highly technical mountain courses. I've also had periods of no racing and just running for the sheer joy of it and finding out where the trail goes.
Since 2013 I've been coaching runners of all abilities for road and trail racing. I cherish being able to help people meet their running goals, whatever they may be. I thrive on encouraging people to get the most out of their training amidst busy life schedules, to analyze and build race course strategies, and to see runners reach new levels.
